SOS Kids
In the village of Lipova, there are many families who are struggling to meet the basic needs of their children. The average household income of HCC sponsorship children is approximately $200 per month. Many families rely on the school to help them. "SOS Kids" are children who will normally only receive food at school.Hope for Chernobyl’s Child has learned that 20 SOS kids can eat an additional meal at school (served at the end of the day) for only $100 per month. That’s only $5 per child to eat a second meal at school for a month!
